Hair dryer assembly is a complete production process that assembles motors, fan blades, housings and other components in sequence, connects wires and performs tests to ensure product quality.
Accessory Processing

Hair dryer accessories processing includes material selection, mold making, injection molding, precision assembly, and functional transformation to ensure that performance and quality meet the requirements.

COMPANY HISTORY

1999

We started our business in 1999 and founded "Ruian Dianbao" in 2003, focusing on the bathroom industry.

2003

Designed and developed the wall-mounted hair dryer FL-2101, which subsequently became the world's top sales of the same type. Twenty years later, it is still one of the preferred models for hotels.

2012

We have launched a series of upgraded hair dryers to meet the needs of various hotels.

2014

The foldable hotel hair dryer FL-2201 has been in mass production for 5 years, with an annual sales volume of over 200,000 units.

2015

The first wall-mounted hair dryer using AC motor was launched and successfully developed in the overseas mid-to-high-end hotel market.

2019

We built our production base and officially started our branding journey. We have a 13,000-square-meter production base, an annual production capacity of 1 million, and over 100 production staff.

2023

FL-1017 patented noise reduction hair dryer is launched.

2024

FL-1501 self-developed brushless motor high-speed machine is launched.

2025

Several electronic products with the most advanced technology and the most cost-effective for hotel rooms will be launched soon.
